Returns & Faulty Products

My cookware product is faulty. What do I do?

If your Fissler Cookware product is faulty, you may return it to your local Woolworths Supermarket or Woolworths Metro store to exchange it for a new Cookware product.

You do not need to return the product to the same store where it was originally redeemed.

Warranty Coverage

The warranty period for defective products is two years for all Fissler Cookware products.

This warranty excludes:

  • Damage caused by incorrect usage
  • Failure to follow use and care guidelines
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse
